Skill delivers the how.I’m Courtnie Coble, Founder and CEO of The Academy of Goal Achievers, where I design low-barrier, multi-entry pathways that help students and families navigate college, career, and workforce opportunities with clarity and confidence.My leadership is rooted in lived experience and strengthened by strategy. I know what it means to navigate systems without guidance, but I also bring the professional skill set required to redesign those systems responsibly. I translate community needs into structured programs, measurable outcomes, and sustainable growth.My expertise includes program design and execution that yields high student and family engagement, strategic planning, partnership development, leadership cultivation, and systems-level collaboration. Under my leadership, The Academy of Goal Achievers has scaled from serving a small cohort of 15 students to impacting thousands annually, helping students secure more than $16M in scholarships while maintaining a low-barrier, high-support model and placing value on All Pathways Matter.I believe leaders must be both creators and maintainers of opportunity.
