With a natural curiosity and a great attitude, anything can be achieved.I was always told by family and friends growing up that there is no such thing as running a quick errand with me - while my friend is trying to exit through the door I’m asking questions and making conversation with the store clerk or another shopper, totally disrupting the plans for the day.After a lovely summer of leading wine tastings at a vineyard in the Texas Hill Country to California wine connoisseurs, tipsy bridal parties, and everyone in-between, I learned how to communicate and even interest the folks who didn’t care that our red blend was 75% Merlot and 25% Mourvedre by keeping the focus on my customer. Where had they traveled from? How could I help enhance their experience at the vineyard? I knew I wanted a career working with people but I never would have thought in a million years I would stumble into the Salesforce ecosystem (miracles do happen).Since 2017, I’ve been helping clients transform their business processes on the Salesforce platform by listening, asking questions, and empathizing with their most concerning problems. I’ve had the opportunity to lead global teams to deliver successful Salesforce transformations with large, complex Fortune 500 clients in tight timelines (coffee helps). Staying focused on the people and process ensures that at the end of the day, the client’s business outcomes and goals are exceeded and as a team we helped make people’s lives easier.When I’m not geeking out over Salesforce, I’m experimenting in the kitchen with recipes, reading another book about history, forcing my husband to start yet another Netflix series, and sipping red wine.
