   Sr. CM on a large, highly complex Digitalization and Manufacturing Agile asset information management program implementation including the global rollout of a customized solution, Digital Twin; comprised of 3 different tools and integrated across 10+ major apps used across DS MFG. Designed and executed the Engagement Strategy for DT at both the global and manufacturing site specific levels; ensured alignment across the 3 main change workstreams to allow accurate, consistent messaging when externally engaging with stakeholders and setup long term solutions and strategies for embedment Built and maintained strong relationships with various stakeholders; worked collaboratively to best understand business needs, mitigate risks/issues, obtain sponsorship where necessary and ensure effective communications. Managed, developed and executed end user system role mapping from a single previously used system to multiple (3) new systems of which had multiple layered modules for ~4K end users between 2 sites alone. Key member in developing and continuously improving the Communications Framework and Strategy for Shell’s Transformational Change IT organization. Responsible for driving key ITSO themes as well as best practices for all communication & engagement activities coming out of the IPPD Portfolio. Responsible for closely monitoring and providing OCM guidance on a highly visible, global connectivity program effecting ~145K end users and almost 600 global sites – high in complexity, high risk, moderate to high impact and business critical. Responsible for reviewing and approving all C&E plans, strategies and deliverables provided by our Delivery CM resources to ensure they are well thought out, follow process, meet Shell’s TC IT standards and are aligned with the overall ITSO integrated story. Key member of the CM Resourcing Team; responsible for satisfying demand needs and interviewing all Delivery CM resources working in the Connectivity Portfolio space.
