Conduct routine inspections of landside areas (curbs, terminals, roadways, and public access points) to ensure operational safety and regulatory adherence. • Respond to and document incidents, hazards, and violations; coordinate with emergency services and other stakeholders as needed. • Support terminal operations by managing passenger flow, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring ADA and public safety standards are met. • Maintain detailed logs, reports, and communications using radio systems and airport software platforms. • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g, Operations, Maintenance, Security) and external agencies (e.g, TSA, ATL Police, Fire Rescue) to ensure seamless airport functionality. • Assist with special events, emergency response efforts, and regulatory audits or inspections.• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting travelers with directions, information, and resolving complaints while maintaining a high level of professionalism in a high-volume environment.
