As the director of sustainability, I work closely with Vantor\'s (formerly Maxar) VP General Counsel to uphold the company\'s ESG programs and performance. This includes developing Vantor\'s ESG strategy, conducing the company\'s ESG materiality assessment, facilitating an ESG council, developing relevant targets, adhering to regulatory requirements, creating public communications, and contributing to key initiatives across the organization. To achieve Vantor\'s sustainability objectives, I collaborate with individuals across the organization to establish KPIs and identify opportunities for continued improvement.
