When business as usual isn\'t working anymore, or when there\'s no more time for safe Strategy, that\'s when I get a call.When I was younger, my parents would get frustrated and say, “why do you always have to break things!” I loved taking things apart to see how they worked. I took apart old computers to play with the processors and chips. I took apart toys to see how they moved, an old light switch, a battery. Some of the pieces would make it into a special box that I kept of loose pieces to be used in some other project, trinkets and curiosities. I love learning how things work. I love breaking down why things work how they do; understanding levers to make them work more effectively. I still have my odds & ends box, but it’s a lot more full now and I still use it to collect insights, stories and problems I haven\'t cracked yet.**All views expressed in my activity are my own**
