ABOUT CONSUELO S.

With over fifteen years in retail, I am an Associate Director at AT & T overseeing multiple stores and their leadership teams. I focus on using data, coaching, and smart staffing to keep our locations performing well while making things easier for our people and our customers. I partner closely with store managers to improve operations, grow sales, and build teams that reflect the communities we serve. I care a lot about creating a positive, inclusive environment where people feel supported, challenged, and excited to come to work. I am proud to represent AT & T’s mission of connecting people to what matters and I am always looking for new ways to grow as a leader and help others grow with me.
