In addition, the data collected identified the population’s adherence to evidence-based medicine, gaps in care, relationship with a primary care physician, and utilization of Kaufman HallBenefit Design Implementation: Simplified the qualifying criteria for group members and their surviving spouses who qualify for eligibility under a “protected class”. This project also launched a Protected MA-PPO option to transition protected members from commercial and non-MA plans to MA plansAlternative Benefit Design: An alternative product that would create choices for all non-Medicare participants and offer enhanced benefits with greater affordabilityTNC Enhancements: Implemented and deployed Enhanced TCN as a healthcare enrollment for eligible non-Medicare members under The Trust project. This effort allowed for collaboration with 6 Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) project manager’s and Aetna to design a robust care management program. The renegotiated contract with BCBSM provided additional add-on services including: Member Concierge and Care Management Services, Diabetes Management, Oncology Management, Case Management, and Radiology Management
