The Program Delivery Office (PDO) focuses on and promotes project management standards and processes. We are responsible for the execution and delivery of projects that align with the company’s goals. The team is made up of Project Managers and Delivery Managers, both functions working alongside stakeholders and/or engineering teams to monitor timelines and understand dependencies, deliverables, and risks for the project.The PDO helps deliver projects to market while driving efficiency across the organization.
