Building on the successful pilot of PMO within the North American region and inconjunction with the development from Implementaiton to Professional Services. As PS PMO I will provide the Professional Services consolidation of best practices and processes for Services Business & Technical Functions. Working with PS Leadership to understand business and strategic goals and agreed models. The PMO function is responsible for ensuring that agreed processes are adhered to globally, with agreed client variants, when required by client or for compliance.
