ABOUT CONNIE CRAWFORD

I am passionate about achieving fairness, effectiveness, and driving innovation into organisations. My corporate experience has focussed continuously in technology - from audit, assurance, supplier management, financial statements audit, incident and problem management. An integral part of who I am at both home and work is my role in actively supporting discussions on Inclusion and Diversity both within the organisation and further afield into wider society. I am now in a privileged position to see how organisations run operationally, financially, and of equal importance from a cultural perspective. I have developed a sound understanding of how to run, maintain, and develop success in terms of people, technology, and process capability - I have worked my way up and across organisations and find that hands on experience invaluable. My goal is to be personally successful in order to drive and embed the most efficient and effective practices into the organisations that I work with. I am focussed, dedicated, and thoroughly enjoy a challenge. I focus on my abililty to create, develop, and strengthen an organisation\'s capability through engaged people, effective processes and delivering a well controlled, effective, stable environment. Effectiveness of process and maintaining a stable controlled environment is the foundation before commencing the next step - excellence, innovation, top performance. Quality is built in at each stage - this is my work ethos.
