A motivated Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist with over 5 years experience in pharmaceutical cell therapy manufacturing. Extensive experience in aseptic technique and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Fast-learning and diligent, with an enthusiasm and ambition to contribute to leading pharmaceutical drug production operations. Excited to improve processes and deliver observable KPI-driven workflows. Strong record in team and individual achievement due to a high-level of organisation, communication, problem solving, planning skills and inter-personal skills. Currently employed as an Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement Specialist (AGILE Champion) at the Alofisel Cell Therapy Facility in Takeda Grange Castle, Dublin. I graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway with a First Class Honours BSc in Biotechnology in 2017. In 2018, I completed a Research MSc in Biochemistry in Dr Elaine Dunleavy\'s lab in the Centre for Chromosome Biology, NUIG. This project investigated the molecular mechanisms that drive asymmetric cell divisions of Drosophila melanogaster germline stem cells. I am enthusiastic, adaptable, motivated and ambitious, while maintaining a good work-life balance. I have considerable technical and laboratory experience, gained through working in a varitey of roles throughout my professional and university experiences.
