My career spans Excipients, Generics, CDMO, Nutraceutical Actives, APIs and Polymers / Medical Devices — giving me a 360° understanding of the Pharma / Healthcare ecosystem.In my more recent roles, I’ve led major commercial turnarounds through innovation, pricing discipline, and organisational strengthening. I have restructured commercial organisations, integrating outlier divisions and driven pipelines in the right direction. I’ve managed global P & Ls, built and led global cross-functional teams, launched novel products, executed successful divestitures, and most importantly, consistently delivered results.I’m motivated by building high-performing commercial engines, raising the ambition of teams, and tightly aligning commercial and operations to drive predictable, profitable growth.I hold an MBA from Columbia Business School (New York), a business diploma from Xavier Institute of Management (India), and a B.Sc. in Chemical Technology from Osmania University (India). Leadership, people, and alignment of teams to deliver tangible and measurable outcomes are topics that excite me.
