Continue to provide transition support to all newly-acquired sites.Oversee a team of 5 employees who perform the following functions for all sites, company-wide- Order credit card terminal equipment, update credit card processing accounts with new signers and legal information- Open new bank accounts in US and Canada, maintain banking relationships- Implement and support courier services- Update signers and legal information on merchant accounts with third-party vendorsOur team is also instrumental in the projects below- Bank Migration Project: Migrated ~200 locations from small, local banks to partner banks, ordered bank supplies, and worked with Treasury to ensure old accounts were closed when activity had been fully migrated- Credit Card Processing Migration Project: Currently migrating ~125 Canadian locations to a new credit card processor, ordering new equipment and coordinating installation, and communicating with site leaders to improve our process along the way
