Colleen first started her SCA leadership experience by creating the Dispatch department. She cut ‘cost of goods’ by nearly 30% in the first year. When the Business Network Development group was suddenly left without management, Colleen stepped up and took on the challenge. From there, she crafted the \'Claims Process Representative\' department and worked closely with Blake Information Systems to create the objectives and workflow. Her success in these departments lead her to her next challenge, franchise sales. Colleen has proven successful in this area as well, maintaining a zero default sales record since assuming her franchise officer role in 2013. In 2015 SCA Appraisal Co further invested in Colleen by opening a small satellite office in Tucson, Arizona under her leadership. There she created the \'Regional Claim Coordinator\' workflow with great success. In her current position of Director, Claims Logistics, Colleen’s primary focus is currently on running the company’s brand improvement campaign, appraiser network improvement and overseeing the claims logistics team.
