Manage AAV \\ backhaul solutions across Denver, The Dakotas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, parts of Wyoming and Wisconsin ensuring timely circuit delivery aligned with T-Mobile’s quarterly goals. Coordinate with carriers, transport engineers, and development teams to track fiber construction, circuit readiness, and integration timelines. Lead daily collaboration with Site Development, Order Management, vendors, and Transport teams to resolve escalations, close Salesforce tasks, and maintain accurate database records. Review and approve Fiber designs, Telco Room Ready (TRR) packages, and Statements of Work (SOW) across 7 markets. Drive RIP and MW Conversion projects, including permitting, vendor coordination, and milestone tracking. Submit and manage governance requests (e.g, 10GUP, fiber mods, disconnects, contract inquiries) and provide leadership reporting. Maintain strong relationships with carriers to ensure delivery within contractual timelines and resolve complex issues (e.g, VLAN conflicts, ASR errors, bandwidth mismatches).
