About Colin Slater
Fourth year honors student in the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University pursuing a degree with a major in Finance and a minor in Financial Planning & Wealth Management. I am currently employed as an undergraduate teaching assistant for the courses FI 250 and FI 491 at the Broad College of Business and also work in security for the university police department. Personal interests include video production, weightlifting, and electronics repair. This past summer, I interned at Comerica Bank in Detroit, MI with the Foreign Multinational Corporate Banking Group within the commercial banking division. During this internship, I was exposed to all stages of the commercial loan lifecycle and completed a project identifying over 200 companies as potential prospects for relationship managers within the group. My previous two summers were spent with Rockland Trust Bank in Brockton, MA as a Commercial Credit Administration Intern and later as a Commercial Credit Operations Intern.
