In first month developed and implemented completely new end-to-end commission calculation process for entire sales org- In first quarter developed new compensation plans for entire sales org- ensuring each plan aligned business level, department level and individual level KPIs to commissions earned- Continually work across the organization with business leaders to analyze, create, maintain and improve a compensation framework that strategically incentivizes our employees to move the business from having revenue goals to revenue attained.
