I am fascinated how we as humans can use our increasing complexity for good in the world and to create a positive momentum that is of benefit to all. Developing a greater sense of agency, transparency, trust and authentic communication within myself and with teams is the focal point of my life\'s work. I have a passion for all things change. How we change, why we change, when to change, the psychology of change, the biology of change. I think my biggest asset to any project is my ability to take a big picture view and break it down into easy to digest parts as well as my ability to hold contradictory perspectives simultaneously so I can find common threads between seemingly unrelated fields.
