I have over thirty years of executive experience in management, leadership, training and human resources. In 1998 I formed a training and consulting group which now has over 800 clients for whom we provide a wide range of products and services in order to help them enhance performance. Just a few areas include leadership devevlopment, talent management, engagement, regulatory compliance and hiring/selection systems.My passion is for performance consulting and organizational change.
