Focused on network weaving, organizational change management, data-driven strategy design, engaging convenings and learning experiences, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement, to implement sustainable, high-value solutions that lead to positive impacts on people and the planet. I am passionate about the rights of, and shifting power to, historically marginalized communities. I bring extensive experience leading teams and initiatives, supporting community-driven and locally led development, policy management from analysis and writing through implementation and evaluation, instructional design, training and facilitation, coaching, leadership development, and program design and management.I am equally passionate about volunteering and working in my community with a range of organizations. I have enjoyed supporting recently housed individuals find stability, connecting former federal employees to high-impact pro bono consulting opportunities via #LocalPivot, working with special needs preschoolers on foundational skills, supporting alumni groups, and learning alongside bilingual elementary school students where I initiated international service learning projects.Skills: Bi-Lingual (French) and cross-cultural communication, strategic planning, participatory methods, facilitation and training using adult learning principles, instructional design, appreciative inquiry, liberating structures, graphic recording, qualitative research, feedback loops, strategic communications, using personality assessments for improved team dynamics (DiSC, MBTI, Strengths Finder), and project design and management.Passions: Local capacity strengthening, using policy to achieve impact, dialogue approach to teaching and training, mentoring and coaching, and change management.
