I am passionate about the rights of, and shifting power to, historically marginalized communities. I bring extensive experience leading teams and initiatives, supporting community-driven and locally led development, policy management from analysis and writing through implementation and evaluation, instructional design, training and facilitation, coaching, leadership development, and program design and management.I am equally passionate about volunteering and working in my community with a range of organizations.
