I’m a vision-driven biopharmaceutical executive who builds and leads global R&D organizations to turn scientific innovation into real-world impact. My career spans the full spectrum of drug development, from discovery through regulatory approval and post-marketing success, across oncology, immunology, and infectious disease.I’ve guided multidisciplinary teams and portfolios that include small molecules, biologics, and next-generation modalities such as cancer vaccines, oncolytic viruses, viral-delivery gene therapies, and peptides. My leadership brings together scientific depth, operational excellence, and strategic clarity to move complex programs forward. A passionate advocate for New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) and AI/in silico innovation, I believe the future of drug development lies in harnessing data, computation, and ethical science to accelerate discovery while reducing reliance on animals.My leadership of integrated R&D organizations is grounded not only in technical and scientific expertise, but also in operational and governance strength as exemplified by my NACD Directorship Certification® (NACD.DC®).
