ABOUT CLEMMIE PIERCE MARTIN
A trusted partner of CEOs, founders, investors, and other key stakeholders, I leverage my creative and analytical skills to solve complex challenges for start-up and high-growth organizations. As the Chief of Staff, this allowed me to play a pivotal role in positioning companies for sustainable growth in highly competitive markets. In addition, my talent for building consensus and overcoming resistance to change has been instrumental in enabling the successful execution of the overarching vision and mission.Combining my passion for women’s sports with an entrepreneurial mindset, I recently assembled a team of investors that purchased a minority share in a National Women’s Soccer League team. This endeavor was the result of a year-long research effort and deep analysis of multiple economic and team-level factors. Our goal is to increase the engagement of fans, players, and partners, bringing greater attention and financial success to a growing sport.Always open to expanding my network, I welcome connections from other entrepreneurs and executives.
