Recently, I changed and I am now working for Sienna Real Estate, being part of Sienna Investment Managers. Sienna Real Estate (formerly L’Etoile Properties) is a pan-European investment manager, with over 30 years of experience in the European Real Estate investment market with regional offices across Europe and Asia. We serve as a long-term partner for local and international investors, accompanying them throughout the entire investment cycle of a property. Since June 2021 I was part of the Investment Team of DIC Asset AG, being responsible for our first steps abroad. DIC Asset AG took over RLI Investors GmbH in January 2021. I joined RLI Investors in July 2020 as Transactions- and Asset Manager to establish the European Portfolio. For 2 years I built up the Asset Management in Poland, Czech Republic and Netherlands for KGAL Investment Management GmbH & Co.KG, being Senior Asset Manager in their real estate business. From 2009 until end of 2017 I was Head of Asset Management for CEE, Austria and Switzerland at PGIM (formerly Pramerica Real Estate), being responsible for asset management and investment in CEE, Austria and Switzerland. Additionally I took over responsibility for Nordics and Netherlands in spring 2015. Previously, I worked for 4 years at Hauck & Aufhäuser Immobilien-und Vermögensberatungs GmbH, subsid-iary for closed-end funds and structured financial products of a German private bank institute. I was product- and relationship manager for all real-estate based financial investments. Furthermore, I was member of the banks investment committee, being responsible for all real estate markets. Prior to this, I worked 4 years as Portfolio Asset Manager for Domus Grundstücksverwaltungs GmbH, Wealth Management subsidiary for real estate investments in the US and Canada. In advance to this, 2 years in commercial real estate financing for Hauck & Aufhäuser KGaA. I started my career in Foreign Exchange Trade after successfull finishing my education in banking, finance and wealth management. Spezialgebiete: Expertise: real estate investment (Germany, USA, Canada, CEE, Nordics, Netherlands) letting banking, financing, wealth management mezzanine investments research fx trade marketing setup and control of prospectus under german law developement
