At NZ Choral Federation (NZCF), I contribute to both the financial operations and digital communications (social media and website content) of this nationwide organisation committed to supporting and connecting choirs, singers, and conductors across Aotearoa. As part of the finance team, I manage the day-to-day financial processes, Xero reconciliation, bill payments and approvals and credit card reconciliation. I also coordinate event registrations and processing, ensuring the smooth operation of services that underpin NZCF’s work.In addition to finance, I take an active role in digital content and communications, contributing to the development and delivery of online campaigns, maintaining website content, and supporting/writing/creating social media content to engage our member base and wider audience.This dual role allows me to apply my skills in both financial management and digital strategy in a mission-driven, arts-based environment. I enjoy the balance of structured financial work alongside the creative and audience-focused elements of digital content.Working at NZCF allows me to combine my passion for community and culture with my expertise in finance. It’s a role that requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and collaboration with a team dedicated to advancing choral music in New Zealand. I’m committed to supporting the Federation’s mission through effective financial management, ensuring that the organisation can continue to thrive and bring choral music to new audiences.
