Responsible for developing and delivering Stakeholder Engagement strategies and plans that support successful programme delivery. Manage the strategic approach to relationships with stakeholder groups. Leading on stakeholder analysis, using and adapting appropriate tools, deciding if in-depth analysis is required for key stakeholders, and develop the strategy with other senior leads, setting out the most appropriate communication channel for each stakeholder group.Key Responsibilities:• Lead engagement strategies and manage the resolution of concerns or issues raised by third parties• Developing effective relationships with key stakeholders and organisations to influence perceptions and build interest and support• Provide clear, consistent communication around project milestones, construction methods, traffic management, and community impacts• Working collaboratively with Client & Colleagues to plan, co-ordinate and deliver engagement activities and communication products that engage our external audiences• Collaborate with the delivery and design teams to ensure stakeholder input is appropriately considered• Ensure compliance with the TWAO, all project planning documents and project associated permits/licences ie. MMO licence• Organise and attend public meetings, briefings, and consultations as required• Support media and communications activity in collaboration with in-house teams or external consultants• Developing communications content, including briefing documents, newsletters, website, social media and presentations• Arranging and facilitating stakeholder meetings and events
