Helping customers turn AI investments into real business outcomes, from first deployment to production scale.GTM Manager with 10+ years of experience across product, AI success, technical deployments, and sales. I’ve spent my career working both sides of the table: building products at AWS and deploying them with customers. That combination gives me a practical understanding of what it actually takes to move AI from a promising idea to something that creates real business value. I’ve shipped products at AWS and deployed them with customers. Launched 21+ features for ElastiCache and MemoryDB, working with engineering and GTM teams from ideation to launch. Then moved into customer success, helping health-tech companies navigate GenAI adoption from proof-of-concept to production, partnering with CIOs and CTOs on use cases that actually moved the needle. What I found along the way is that the gap between a promising AI initiative and one that scales almost always comes down to trust, executive alignment, and whether someone is willing to stay close to how success gets measured, not just how technology gets deployed.That’s the problem I’m focused on now at OpenAI, helping customers move from early AI experimentation to real, scalable business impact, guiding them through their AI adoption journey, and building the GTM frameworks that make it repeatable.
