When I started out in college recruitment, I didn\'t know what I wanted out of my career, so I went hunting for it! I loved the interpersonal relationships and the opportunity to HELP people better themselves through education, and I wanted to continue with those core responsibilities: maintaining great relationships and HELPING others.Now that I\'m with Unity Search recruiting Tax Professionals, the work looks a little different, but the core responsibilities have stayed the same! I started out on our Houston Tax Team before moving into the Austin and Dallas markets, and now I work in all THREE! I won\'t pick any favorites, but I\'ll say that Austin has my favorite food, Houston has the best live events, and Dallas has the coolest drink spots Recruitment is my job, but it\'s never lost on me that every job search is someone else\'s LIFE - I respect the candidates I have the privilege of working with, and it\'s always my desire to \"leave you better than I found you.\" So if you\'re looking for a new role, casually interested in seeing what\'s on the market, want any help with your resume, or have questions about standard market compensation for your area, LET ME KNOW!
