ABOUT CHRISTYNE BAXTER

With 25 plus years of experience across health and wellness/ food /beverage industry, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader who has a deep connection to nutrition and health. As the Chief Strategy Officer at WaterBoy and working within the sports nutrition space, as well as my previous experience I excel at building scalable brands at the intersection of performance, science, and consumer insight. I partner across product, sales, and operations to drive long-term growth, sharpen go-to-market strategy, and turn data-driven insights into competitive advantage.I have a proven track record of driving sales growth, expanding market share, and increasing customer retention across all channels of business. At my previous role as VP of Sales at Liquid I.V, I led a high-performing team that achieved triple-digit growth in revenue and distribution each year, while also sitting on the Unilever/Health & Well Being Collective Team. I was responsible for over $840M in revenue by the end of my tenure. My educational background includes degrees in both accounting and nutrition, with a Bachelor\'s degree from CSUN, a B.S. from HUHS, an MBA with an emphasis in marketing from Purdue, and an MS in Integrative Nutrition in progress. My love of sports and nutrition does not just show up at work, it’s how I live my life. I am a certified tea specialist, a jumping instructor, and a dive master, as well as having competed in over 50 Spartan races and still counting!
