ABOUT CHRISTY COONS

I am dedicated to opening doors to home financing for all people and help them navigate the loan process from application to closing. I have the expertise and loan products for people of all backgrounds to buy their first home, upgrade to a new home, or purchase their dream home. I also help people with the purchase of vacation homes, or those that want to build personal wealth with investment properties. I believe that the mortgage experience extends far beyond four walls. I work to do what is right for the client as well as our community. I am committed to the success and prosperity of the communities we serve and that every client has a very pleasant mortgage experience. My personal strengths include a full understanding of mortgage underwriting guidelines, building and maintaining strong client/partner relationships. There are many loan officers and mortgage lenders out there and I believe it vital the client have someone they trust, that has vast product knowledge, and spends the time needed to clearly understand their unique situation, uncover, and explain the loan options available that match their expressed desires and needs.
