Serve as the lynchpin in a matrix organization structure to facilitate organizational effeteness by driving employee culture, change and engagement, organizational development, leadership development, communication, team formation and development, diversity and inclusion, and other OE consulting and support- Provides implementation and support for Organization Effectiveness initiatives, programs and processes, including (but not limited to)- Consulting with and providing thought leadership to all levels of leadership to develop and implement organizational development solutions, such as new leader integration, executive team development and coaching, team assimilation and retreats, 360 assessments, coaching and other development options across the education, exposure and experience continuum- Career development coaching and individual development planning through needs analysis and assessment using 360 feedback, talent review assessments, personality assessments and implementation of development plans to provide clarity for next steps in choosing key actions and accountabilities to support ongoing leader development- Working effectively across many environments from being an independent sole contributor with minimal guidance, to the ability to lead small teams and/or workgroups- Partnering and collaborating with senior leadership teams to influence and gain support and commitment for shared projects- Developing, designing, and implementing programs/initiatives to include evaluation plans that measure impact of interventions on individuals, work groups, and/or departments with a focus on new employee experience to to support retention and engagement- Providing expertise, consultation, and coaching to CHRO, HRBP and COEs- Working closely with and providing thought leadership to process owners, business partners and subject matter experts, to develop and implement organizational development solutions.
