Daily Sourced for candidates and resumes, for specific Store and District Manager, in different cities and states. • Oversaw both “Hard to Staff hourly” and “Hard to Staff salary”. Heavy sourcing on separate spreadsheets but connected to one Master Spreadsheet. • Achieved customer service and improved relations by interacting with the Store and District Manager. Finding out their needs for Pharmacists, Store Managers, Emerging Store Managers, and how to source for these “Hard to Fill” positions. • Utilized a wide variety of methods, of sourcing and recruiting, to generate qualified candidates. This included we-based sourcing, internet postings, internal and external networking.(Indeed, LinkedIn Learning, PTK, PTCB, Next, Yello etc.) • Tasked with forty requisitions, which was required for every Talent Acquisition Specialist. with a minimum of 5 resumes sent and e-mailed, per request from the Hiring and Store Manager. Also assisted other TAs with their requisitions if they could not find the 5 resumes.
