ABOUT CHRISTOPHER MÄCHEL
I am a Senior Consultant at Metaplan, an international consulting firm with 50 years of experience in strategy and organization consulting. I studied Psychology in Vienna and Chicago and completed my PhD on leadership at the Technical University of Munich. Before joining Metaplan, I worked as an Agile Consultant and supported organizations in adopting agile ways of working and scaling their agile frameworks. I also worked as a systemic consultant and psychological trainer, offering customized trainings for individuals, teams and start-ups on individual and team development. I am passionate about helping people, teams, leaders and organizations unleash their potential and collaborate effectively. My core competencies include moderating, facilitating, and coaching complex organizational processes based on a discursive social systems approach. My training as a psychologist and my work in organizational sociology give me the opportunity to choose between different perspectives depending on the context.
