Became a permanent member of staff at TIMET, PCC, and transferred over to Machining and Inspection ME, where I focus on capturing and reporting out RFT and Yield data to management daily, with actions and dates against each line if the target wasn’t achieved. Reviewing and analysing Control Plan data over numerous processes using Minitab and implementing corrective actions following the severity of the failure. Actions have included route changes and specification updates.Implemented Reaction Plans for operators to conform to if material does not meet Control Plan specification.I chaired 4D and 8D meetings when immediate reaction was required following escapes. Worked with a team of 4 to define Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA).Implemented shadow boards at each cell, creating a leaner process based on 6S standards.
