My experience spans a range of industries, including application software, information and data services, e-commerce, HR technology, and business and consumer services. I currently serve on the board of: Atheneum, Atlas, dscout, PetScreening, Tractive, and WP Engine, and formerly served on the board of BrightTALK (acquired by TechTarget), Leapfrog Online (acquired by Dentsu), Lucid (acquired by Cint Group AB), Mineral (acquired by Mitratech) and Spoonflower (acquired by Shutterfly).Prior to joining Guidepost, I worked at Great Hill Partners, a +$19BN Boston-based middle market private equity firm, where I was responsible for originating, evaluating and managing equity investments in later-stage growth companies with enterprise values between $100-$500 million. My investment experience at Great Hill included Reward Gateway (acquired by Abry Partners and Castik Capital); PlanSource (acquired by Vista Equity Partners for $600 million); bswift (acquired by Aetna for $400 million); Wayfair ($3 billion IPO on NYSE (ticker: W)); Ziff Davis (acquired by j2 Global, Inc. for $175 million); Vitacost.com (acquired by Kroger for $270 million); and Educaedu (acquired by Miura Partners). I served on the board of bswift, PlanSource, Reward Gateway, and Ziff Davis.Prior to joining Great Hill, I worked at Citigroup Global Markets in New York as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Consumer Group, where I focused on a variety of transactions including M&A and debt and equity financings and worked with clients including Altria Group, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Kraft Foods and Molson Coors Brewing Co, among others.
