Chancerygate is the UK’s largest multi-unit urban logistics property developer and asset manager.We are the only one operating nationwide and have offices in London, Warrington, Birmingham, Bristol and Milton Keynes.We’ve been finding opportunities in multi-unit urban logistics and industrial property schemes and successfully delivering them since 1995. This gives us a clear competitive advantage which drives our continued success.We currently have more than 3.5m sq ft of urban logistics and industrial space under construction or ready for development across 32 sites ranging from Bournemouth to Edinburgh.Chancerygate also manages in excess of £325m of assets across more than five million sq ft of commercial space in over 460 units.At Chancerygate I am a Development Manager specialising in Industrial and Logistics development in the North of England. My role includes sourcing, appraising, acquiring, securing planning and disposing of industrial property. Chancerygate are the market leader in multi unit industrial development covering the whole of the UK.
