Chancerygate is the UK’s largest multi-unit urban logistics property developer and asset manager. We are the only one operating nationwide and have offices in London, Warrington, Birmingham, Bristol and Milton Keynes. We’ve been finding opportunities in multi-unit urban logistics and industrial property schemes and successfully delivering them since 1995. We are dedicated to innovating for the benefit of our people, occupiers and the communities our developments become part of. Our integrated in-house development, asset management and project management teams enable Chancerygate to act decisively and operate with agility and speed. This gives us a clear competitive advantage which drives our continued success. We currently have more than 3.1m sq ft of urban logistics and industrial space under construction or ready for development across 24 sites ranging from Bournemouth to Edinburgh. Chancerygate also manages in excess of £385m of assets across more than five million sq ft of commercial space in over 480 units.
