ABOUT STUART MCGILL

I joined Chancerygate in July 2021 as an Asset Manager. Prior to this I was a Director at Cowiesburn Asset Management and opened a Manchester Office to work alongside our main client to manage their portfolio across England. At LSH I was an Associate Director within the Property Management Team for four years and a Surveyor at Lee Baron for five years. I graduated from Liverpool John Moores University and joined Donaldsons LLP as a graduate in 2007. I qualified as a Surveyor in 2009.As a Director I have the ability, drive and confidence to work independently, or as part of a wider team, having taken personal responsibility for tasks and worked effectively with colleagues and other professionals at various levels as part of multi-disciplinary teams.Working in conjunction with the Asset Managers I seek to enhance and drive the portfolio forward, advising on enhancing and improvements required in the properties. Streamlining the management has ensured a consistent and efficient approach. I have the ability to build a good rapport with the occupiers which ensures I understand their business and what is important to them as a tenant. This in turn gives them the confidence to invest in the property and so consider themselves a valued tenant. I have proved to both my employer and clients that I am driven to go beyond what is expected to ensure that the properties are well managed. I advise on the acquisition of assets which has resulted in substantial savings when issues have been identified.
