For decades, the team at Empowered Nonprofits has partnered with organizations around the world to execute cutting-edge fundraising strategies that not only yield record-breaking results but inspire and engage entire communities. In my work, I collaborate with board members and executive leadership who need support with: organizational needs assessments; strategic visioning; board development; annual, major gift, and campaign strategy and planning; articulating and utilizing case-for-supports; and, establishing effective development department systems and processes. I take pride in ensuring organizations are able to advance their work beyond our engagement-utilizing processes that promote understanding and buy-in and providing highly-customized plans and “toolkits\" based on the unique culture, capacity, and environment of each nonprofit.
