I spearheaded the research and design efforts for the payment processing application. Our goal was to empower customers to manage and gain leads while seamlessly processing payments with their contacts and leads. From start to finish, I was responsible for ensuring that the application met the needs and expectations of our users. By combining user research, iterative design, and rigorous testing, I helped create an intuitive, efficient, and effective solution. The success of the payment processing application was a testament to our team\'s dedication to delivering the best possible experience for our customers. Additionally, I built and led the research practice from the ground up by defining research objectives and developing methodologies that delivered high-quality insights to drive business growth. I established best practices and educational resources for user research and design, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team. Lastly, I supported the creation, design system, testing, and ongoing enhancements of the Marketing 360 mobile application and the responsive web app. My contributions were crucial in ensuring that the application provided an outstanding user experience, which resulted in positive feedback from our customers.
