ABOUT CHRISTIAN ORGLMEISTER

I am passioned about the strategic challenge of innovation to create value, as well as human and organizational development. I want to dedicate myself to help organizations create and share value. But I also want to help their leaders and individuals to become increasingly aware of who they are, to face their fears, to understand their true value, and to find their way of contributing to the world.In the beginning of my career I was exposed to multiple industries, where I learned about the different functions of an enterprise. Some of these experiences include Grupo Martins (sales and management), Columbia (logistics), Rhodia (marketing), and Sachs Automotive (production and sourcing). I then focused my career on strategy and leadership consulting, having worked for over 20 years for companies like BCG (Boston Consulting Group), AT Kearney, and Arthur D. Little. I then decided it was time for a change, and I accepted the challenge to reinvent myself as Executive Vice-President at Suzano, global leader in pulp and innovability (innovation and sustainability), where I led New Biobusinesses Development, Global Corporate Strategy, Digital Tech, HR/People, and Branding/Communications.Being outdoors (hiking, adventure racing) and/or in silence (prayer and meditation) is where I find my energy and balance in life. I enjoy playing basketball with my kids or friends, and often go mountain biking or trekking.
