Manage contract execution, distribution, tracking, and storage for film music agreements related to all Universal Pictures/NBCUniversal-owned film studio projects• Manage the master use licensing/synchronization process for Universal Pictures’ extensive film soundtrack catalog, working in-tandem with in-house music publishing team to draft, revise, amend, and administer 3rd party licensing agreements.• Draft certificates and other film music agreements related to Universal Pictures, Focus Features, DreamWorks Animation, Blumhouse, Working Title, and Illumination projects.• Process composer, songwriter, producer, artist, and other work-for-hire payment requests and interface with internal production finance teams, accounting departments, and outside vendors to ensure payments are accurate and paid in a timely manner• Oversee all systems relating to contract execution and storage, while streamlining efficiencies between systems and existing processes• Create and maintain detailed status reports and music rights summaries• Maintain relationships with internal UPG studio personnel and external vendors and partners• Provide additional support to Universal Pictures Group Music Business & Legal Affairs (MBLA) attorneys• Perform other related duties in support of the MBLA department as requested by management and studios• Maintain and organize all files and correspondence in accordance with company policy
