As Director of Resale & Disclosure within Global Shared Services, I lead the end‑to‑end strategy and delivery of all resale disclosure services and resale closing operations across multiple regions. My role focuses on transforming and standardizing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence at scale. I oversee a rapidly growing shared services team, developing leaders and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance. This includes guiding process optimization initiatives, implementing KPI‑driven reporting, and partnering closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery. Key areas of responsibility include:Leading and expanding a 35+ person team through a handful of direct reports, with an emphasis on coaching, performance management, and organizational scalability. Standardizing resale disclosure and closing processes across markets while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance revenue, and strengthen service outcomes.Serving as subject matter expert for resale disclosure services within technology and transformation initiatives, including Dynamics platform development and migration.Creating reporting dashboards and KPI frameworks to measure performance, drive continuous improvement, and elevate service levels.Partnering across departments including Accounting, Compliance, AR, and regional leadership in order to align operations with business goals and customer needs. This role allows me to combine strategic leadership, operational optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration to improve efficiency, strengthen client experience, and support FirstService Residential’s continued growth.
