I lead on the Trust’s capital development programme, estates strategy, statutory compliance, and facilities operations, aligning all activity with organisational objectives and educational priorities.In this role, I oversee:Strategic Leadership & Direction: Developing, shaping and implementing the Trust’s long-term estates vision, ensuring alignment with educational growth, sustainability goals, and financial efficiency.Capital Projects & Infrastructure Development: Leading the planning, funding, and delivery of major capital projects, ensuring value for money and quality outcomes across the Trust’s estate.Safety, Compliance & Risk Management: Overseeing statutory, regulatory, and health and safety compliance, embedding a culture of assurance and accountability across all schools.Operational Excellence & Resource Management: Driving efficiency in maintenance, procurement, and facilities operations through data-driven planning and robust financial control.Sustainability & Energy Management: Advancing the Trust’s environmental strategy through carbon reduction initiatives, sustainable design, and improved energy performance.Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Providing senior leadership within the Trust, collaborating with school leaders, governors, and external partners to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.As a member of the Trust’s senior leadership team, I play a key role in shaping organisational strategy, advising on estates, infrastructure, and risk, and ensuring the estate supports the Trust’s mission to deliver outstanding education.
