My leadership style is simple: clarity over chaos, transparency over politics, and execution over excuses.Raised in Southern California, I’m a first-generation American on my mother’s side. She immigrated from Costa Rica at 14 and built a decades-long real estate career. My father, a U.S. Marine and Vietnam veteran, instilled discipline and accountability early in my live. These are values I expect from myself and the leaders I work with.I played collegiate football at Fullerton Junior College and Southern Utah University and earned a BS in Business (Accounting emphasis). I began my career as a licensed securities and insurance professional before moving into mortgage leadership and real estate investing. I’ve been an active investor since across single-family and multi-family assets, which gives me a long-term owner’s mindset.
