In my role as a commercial leader and cross-functional collaborator, I play a crucial part in commercial launch planning. My work cross-functionally is to develop partnership strategies for commercial programs and capabilities. Working close to project teams to provide oversight and strategic expertise in the planning, coordination, delivery, and monitoring of all activities for designated projects. One of my responsibilities is contributing to the development of market insights, which inform the launch strategy. Additionally, I created a launch KPI dashboard covering key areas such as maps, accounts, CRM, compensation, fleet, and Veeva. I also develop strategies for the hospital, HUB/specialty pharmacy, representative deployment, competencies, and development. Additional work streams include the organization for a launch meeting, including vendor selection. My excellent interpersonal and communication skills allow me to effectively collaborate with various project management workstreams, such as Marketing, Medical, Patient Advocacy, Training, Operations, Payer Account Managers, Patient Support Services, Global Value Access & Distribution, and Thought Leader Liaisons. I work closely with senior leadership to execute Vision 2025. With my strong organizational and operational skills, attention to detail, and sound business judgment, I approach every project with high integrity, a collaborative mindset, and a hands-on mentality.
