That background still shapes how I approach operations today.Over time I moved deeper into software and infrastructure engineering, focusing on cloud platforms, automation, and DevOps practices. Today my work centers on building operational systems that bridge traditional network operations with modern SaaS infrastructure.I’m especially interested in how operational workflows are evolving through automation and AI-assisted tooling. As networks and platforms continue to grow in complexity, operators need better ways to interpret telemetry, identify issues quickly, and make informed decisions.At the end of the day, I enjoy solving operational problems, building reliable systems, and helping teams operate complex platforms with confidence.
