I currently serve as Head of Platform Operations at Sonar Software, where I oversee DevOps, platform reliability, and technical support for a SaaS platform used by ISPs and telecom providers around the world. My focus is architecting the strategy to ensure the systems behind the platform stay reliable, scalable, and secure as both the product and the customer base continue to grow.My career started on the network side of the industry. I spent years working in ISP environments dealing with the day-to-day realities of operating networks, troubleshooting outages, maintaining infrastructure, and understanding how critical uptime is for businesses and consumers who rely on connectivity. That background still shapes how I approach operations today.Over time I moved deeper into software and infrastructure engineering, focusing on cloud platforms, automation, and DevOps practices. Today my work centers on building operational systems that bridge traditional network operations with modern SaaS infrastructure.I’m especially interested in how operational workflows are evolving through automation and AI-assisted tooling. As networks and platforms continue to grow in complexity, operators need better ways to interpret telemetry, identify issues quickly, and make informed decisions.At the end of the day, I enjoy solving operational problems, building reliable systems, and helping teams operate complex platforms with confidence.
