Utilize CMMS / SAP System to complete daily workloads and work orders. • Schedule, prioritize and coordinate daily maintenance activities including inspections and lubing in assigned areas and research and plan work requests from reviewed notifications.• Schedule cutter mechanic and motor room personnel on a weekly basis including coordination of downtime and clean-up opportunities and rebuild of motors.• Work with vendors to receive quotes and best pricing for parts and equipment.• Prepare purchase requisitions and expedite delivery of materials and services for orders necessary to repair equipment for work requests. • Track ordered materials and coordinate with supply team and vendors for estimated arrivals and coordination of kits and staging. Once received, audit all kits for accuracy.• Participate actively in continuous improvement process and reliability.• Update Bill of Materials, Task Lists, and PM Inspections to ensure accuracy and correct duration. • Work with supply team updating BOM’s with deleted & referenced material masters removed from SAP.• Coordinate with reliability engineer and maintenance supervisor in reviewing and addressing safety concerns and equipment improvements as well as help on special projects.• Work with plant production operations team to coordinate scheduling of plant shutdowns, cut changes, and opportunities for maintenance work completion.• Trainer for plant mechanics on software and tool used for Ultrasound analysis. Create all routes in software and SAP.
