    Transformed Virginia Rent Relief per US Department of Treasury guidance to accelerate the distribution of Emergency Rental Assistance funds. Developed digital applications for Landlords and Tenants to improve ease of access while mitigating against fraud- Added 2 million users to Mobile application in Virginia- Equitably distributed more than $713 million in 141,330 rent relief payments for more than 104,990 unique households throughout Virginia.Implemented and delivered Pandemic Relief benefits for the Virginia Employment Commission in record time. Within weeks of the Covid quarantine the team identified the need for services that did not exist and took action to deliver a call center and mobile applications to take applications for CARES Act Unemployment Insurance benefits- Virginia was one of the first states to stand up this essential support for millions- Lead teams to provided mobile service and support for traditional Unemployment benefits and benefits for gig economy workers- 25 million applications throughout the life of the program- Lead call center program with 500 agents and improved quality to 98.2%.Built high performance team to support Virginia Rent Relief and Virginia Employment Commission Pandemic Benefits- 23 direct reports and was a natural culmination of decades of experience managing teams- Acquired talent, onboarded, trained, and directed support with constant development of competencies and mentoring- Consistently exceeded expectations with top quartile performance, natural leader.
